If your personal information is no longer required, we will delete it or make it anonymous by removing all details that identify you. After submitting an application via our recruitment forms, your personal data will be kept until the recruitment session close. Please note that they can be kept for a longer time if deemed absolutely necessary. We also have an Activity log, logging actions performed by Staff members, such as posting an article. These logs are automatically deleted after one week.

However, if necessary, we may retain your personal information for our compliance with a legal, accounting, or reporting obligation or for archiving purposes in the public interest or statistical purposes.
